1. JaY Organics offer free delivery in Glasgow and within a 10 mile radius for any order over  £10. For all other orders we use Royal Mail standard Parcel delivery service and delivery is charged at £3.85 per order. You will receive your purchase within 3 – 5 working days of the order date. JaY Organics shall not be liable for any delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its control.

2. Prices are given on the basis of cost at the time of publishing. Prices can be amended at any time to reflect any changes and the customer will be informed of this prior to dispatch. Where an item is not available it will be replaced by an item of equal quality and value and again the customer will be informed of this prior to dispatch.  

3. Payment can be made by VISA (credit or debit), MasterCard and Paypal funds transfer. Your personal details will not be passed onto to a third party without your prior consent. Goods will be dispatched once payment has been received in full. All payments can be made online by credit card using Paypal.

4. Please inspect your order on delivery and if there are any signs of breakage or leaking then do not sign for the parcel and send it back with the courier. If the goods are damaged when you open the box then please contact JaY Organics ( contact_us@jay-organics.co.uk ) within 7 days. Damaged goods must be returned to JaY Organics and we will either provide a full refund or replace the item.

5. Customers have the right to cancel any orders at any time prior to dispatch. Customers should e-mail their cancellation request to contact_us@jay-organics.co.uk and we will issue a full refund. Should a customer wish to cancel the order after it has been dispatched they should contact us for instructions on returning the item. When we receive the item a refund will be issued minus the cost of any items that have been damaged in transit or consumed.

6. No person under the age of 18 years of age may place an order with JaY Organics containing alcohol. It is illegal in the UK to sell alcohol to anyone under 18 years of age. It is also an offence for any persons under 18 to buy alcohol. Should your order contain alcohol please ensure there will be someone over the age of 18 to sign for it on delivery.

7. All products sold by Jay Organics are certified organic. We aim to provide the most environmentally friendly packaging available to us. Please try to re-use and recycle all packaging material if possible.

8. We will only use the information we collect about you to process your order. The information we will hold on you will be your name, address, phone number and email details. We never hold your financial information or share your information with any third parties without your prior consent. We may e-mail you our future promotions and details of new products. Should you not wish to receive these e-mails please contact us and we will remove your details from our mailing list.
